EASYMOTION offers subscription plans (Monthly or Yearly) that give users access to AI-powered motion generation from text, images, and data on a recurring payment basis.
A valid subscription is required to generate motion. You can explore the platform without an account, but you must sign up to generate motion. Users can upgrade or downgrade their plans anytime from account settings, and changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Payments are processed via credit cards or other methods displayed at checkout. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees, including taxes (e.g., VAT, GST) based on your location.
Pricing is displayed in USD, with final charges reflecting local currency conversions and applicable taxes at checkout. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing cycle, with credits usable until then. Videos created during your subscription remain licensed even after expiry.
With an active subscription and compliance with these Terms, EASYMOTION grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the motion graphic videos you generate (“Creations”). Usage rights depend on your subscription plan.
Creations generated under the Free plan are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only (e.g., personal social media, educational projects, and non-monetized activities).
Creations generated under an active paid subscription (Basic, Plus & Pro) are licensed for watermark-free personal and commercial use in your own projects (advertising, marketing, business content, or client deliverables).
You own the rights to the unique Creations you generate, provided you have rights to the input materials (e.g., images, logos, or data).
EASYMOTION retains all ownership of the AI models, software, and platform. Subscriptions grant you a license to use the service, not ownership of it.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your inputs and Creations comply with applicable laws and do not infringe third-party rights (e.g., copyright, trademarks, privacy).
When using EASYMOTION, you may not:
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in unlawful activities, or for other reasonable cause. Immediate termination may occur in cases of severe violations (e.g., hacking or abuse of the service). Upon termination, access to the platform will be revoked, but videos created during an active subscription remain licensed for use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EASYMOTION shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption) resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Our services are provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and your use of EASYMOTION is at your own risk.
