Overview

This page is a plain-language summary of how Easymotion protects your account, your projects, and your payments. It is for customers and teams evaluating the product.

The Privacy Policy and Terms of Service are the controlling legal documents. If anything here differs from those pages, those pages win.

Your work

Every project you make stays private to your account. We do not publish your work to a public gallery, and we do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information.

You own the unique videos you generate, as long as you have the rights to the materials you upload. Easymotion keeps ownership of the product itself. Details are in the Terms of Service.

Your account

You can sign in with email and a password, or with Google. We keep you signed in with cookies that are needed for login and account access.

Use a strong unique password and do not share your login. If you signed up with email, you can change your password from account settings. If you think someone else has used your account, email support@easymotion.io.

How we protect your information

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption, access controls, and secure transmission.

No system is entirely risk-free. You can help by keeping your login confidential and using a strong password.

Payments

Checkout and subscriptions are handled by trusted third-party payment providers. Card numbers are entered on their pages and are not stored by Easymotion.

We collect the billing details needed for a subscription, such as company name, address, and tax IDs when they apply. Pricing, taxes, refunds, and cancellations are covered in the Terms of Service.

What we collect and how long we keep it

When you sign up we collect your name, email, and password. Passwords are stored encrypted. We may also collect usage information such as pages you visit, IP address, browser type, and device information so we can run and improve the product.

We keep personal data only for as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Easymotion is used worldwide, so your data may be stored or processed outside your home country. Those transfers follow applicable privacy laws, including GDPR where it applies.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted partners who help us run the product, and only as needed, under confidentiality obligations. We may also share information if required by law.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@easymotion.io. We respond within the timeframes required by law.

Some accounts can also delete themselves from account settings. If that option is not available, email us and we will help.

Content rules

We may block, refuse, or remove prompts, uploads, generations, or accounts that break our content rules. That includes harmful, explicit, or non-consensual content, and using someone else’s likeness or materials without the rights to do so.

The full list is in the Terms of Service.

Data Processing Agreement

A Data Processing Agreement is available on request. Email support@easymotion.io if you need one for procurement or GDPR due diligence.
