Cancel a waiting export, or get an email when it is ready

Cancel an export that is still in line. On a paid plan, a long export emails you when the file is ready, and the download matches your latest edits.

On Motion Exports, a job that has not started yet shows a Queued badge.

  • Cancel it before processing begins, then export again whenever you want
  • Hover the badge to see that it is still waiting
  • Paid plans start ahead of free. Pro starts first

If an export takes longer than about 20 minutes, paid plans get an email when the file is ready. You can close the tab and download it from Motion Exports.

The file you download now matches the preview, including text, colors, fonts, and images you just changed. You will not get the version from before those edits.

Longer videos also save more reliably. The browser downloads the file directly, including larger exports that used to fail partway through.
